This lovely well located apartment in Monte Gordo overlooks the stunning beach front and receives the sunshine most of the day on its south facing balcony.
 
A well fitted and equipped kitchen which is a good size, the living area has a very plesant balcony where you can sit out and watch the world go by - overlooking the beach of Monte Gordo it is a very peaceful place to relax.
 
One family bathrom with bath, shower, basin, bidet & w/c.
 
The property entrance is at the side of the building and you have stairs and lifts to take you to the first floor apartment.
 
Monte Gordo is a very nice location all year round with a ood atmosphere. many nationalities visit here to train in the witer months as there is alot of flat ground which is ideal for walking around and exploring the local area.
 
Vila Real de Santo Antonio is the next town east and the last town in the Algarve before you cross the river and the time line into Spain.

You can visit the border town of Ayamonte by a ferry that travels back and forwards every 40 minutes until 8pm at night and later during the summer months.

Vila real is a lovely town, it has an attractive square with a very tradittional church surrounded by orange trees and a varuety of shops, bars and restaurants.
