The private pool and beautiful well maintained gardens are excellent for sunbathing, barbecuing or just relaxing. There's a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located near Almancil in Vale de Éguas, very near (mins by car) to Vilamoura, Loule, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo golf courses. Air conditioned. Central heating.

Children are welcome! A cot is provided for use by our youngest guests.
Ground floor with easy access for wheelchair. Upper floor is not fully accessible to a wheelchair.

Outside
Private Pool (10m x 5m). Private grounds include parking for multiple vehicles, well maintained gardens, a large swimming pool and split level terrace. The swimming pool is surrounded by high gardens. An outside shower is provided. Access to front terrace via patio doors (level 1) from living room. Access to rear terrace (level 2) and barbecue area from kitchen. Secluded roof terrace with stair access. The barbecue is traditional brick built, coal fired and the barbecue area has outdoor seating for up to 10 people. Additional sun recliners, seating, tables and sun umbrellas are also provided for use by our guests.

Coast/Beach
Ancão, Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, Garrão beaches - 7 km 10 minutes by car. Vilamoura Beaches 6 km. The Algarve coast is approximately 10 minutes drive from Casa da Oliveira.

Golf
4 km to Vila Sol Golf Courses. 7 km to Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo Golf Courses. 6 km to Vilamoura Golf Courses.

Travel
10 km to Faro's international airport - 15 minutes by car. Car hire or car use essential.

Distances
5 km to Loulé (excellent fresh market and supermarkets).
