Holiday rental home for maximum of 4 people.
Two bedroom semi-detached villa, situated in the heart of the well-known Vale do Lobo development, within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, shops and golf courses. The villa also benefits from being close to Barrington's sports club and the tennis complex.

 

Accommodation:
Entrance hall with guest toilet. Spacious lounge/dining room with open fireplace, terrace doors leading to sun terraces and pool. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Hallway to two twin bedrooms of which one with private bathroom and one with private shower room. Partially covered terrace with bbq area.

 

Including:

• Telephone (metered), washing machine, central heating and maid service 4 times per week.

 

The accommodations are equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated. It's not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than indicated (only on request and written confirmation). In some cases an extra bed can be supplied subject to space being available in the chosen property.

• gas and electricity
• air conditioning, unless stated otherwise
• maid service between three and five times a week, except on weekends and public holidays
• change of bed linen once per week
• towels change twice per week
• sun lounge towels
• free transfer to and from the airport by a luxury air conditioned minibus (please request on booking)
• pool heating, depending on size and type.

• Babysitting (48 hours notice) € 15 per hour and € 20 per hour after midnight
• Extra bed, cots, high chairs, fans and food packs available at extra charge. Cot is €40,- per week. High chair is €30,- per week.

  Arrival and Departure day: Any day may be chosen, subject to availability.
  Check-in as of 16:00 hours and check-out before 10:00 hours.

• Credit Card - charge of 3.8%
• PayPal charge of 3.8%
• Pound Sterling Cheque - no charge (please note we do not accept Euro cheques)
• Bank Transfer in GBP (£) to Bank in UK or Euro (€) to Bank in Spain
• NB: The client must accept all charge is respect of a Bank Transfer to ensure that The Company receives the full booking amount.
