We are pleased to offer this newly built, impressive detached villa which is located in the popular resort of Galé with its lovely sandy beaches. The beach is just 2km away and there is good selection of restaurants within 1km of the villa. The old town of Albufeira just 10 minutes drive away. In addition the Algarve shopping mall is just 6km away near the pretty little village of Guia with the Golf course of Salgados just 2.9Km away. Aquatic Parks, Zoomarine and the Albufeira Marina are also just a short drive away. The villa benefits from Panoranic sea and coastal views. (This villa is too new to show on Google Earth) 

Accommodation

The well appointed and tastefully furnished villa is ideal for our most discerning clientele. The accommodation is on two levels and consists, on the ground floor of entrance hallway leading to the spacious lounge / dining room with open fire place and three sets of patio doors leading to the covered terrace. Entertainment is provided here with a Flat Screen Satellite TV, a DVD Player and a music centre. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, oven and hob. In addition, on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the covered terrace and a separate toilet. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor landing where there is a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There are also two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms on this level. The master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have spacious balconies offering wonderful sea views. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout and benefits from air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and main living areas. (Please see extras pricing)

Outdoors

The three sets of patio doors from the living / dining room lead out onto a spacious covered terrace. From here well kept gardens with extensive lawns surround the lovely 8m x 5m feature swimming pool which has steps for easy access and a poolside shower. Patio furniture and a portable Barbeque are available for you to enjoy 'Alfresco' dining. Sun beds and parasols are provided to relax round the pool and soak up the sun. The villa offers good privacy in an enclosed plot. Being conveniently located within walking distance of the nearest shops and restaurants Villa Vega is ideal for couples and families seeking a quiet relaxing holiday by the sea.
