Outdoors
Outside the spacious landscaped gardens and sun terraces surround the lovely 10m x 4m kidney shaped pool which has steps and a ladder for easy access. There is a open air poolside shower, sun beds and parasols to soak up the sun. Patio furniture and a brick built Barbeque are provided for you to enjoy true 'Alfresco' dining. The villa offers good privacy in an enclosed plot. The mature garden contains shrubs, flower borders, trees and extensive lawns. Being conveniently located within walking distance of the nearest shops and restaurants Villa Severino is ideal for couples and families seeking a quiet relaxing holiday by the sea.

Accommodation
The accommodation is on two levels and comprises, on the ground floor of entrance hallway leading to the spacious lounge / dining room with open fire place and patio doors to terraces. Entertainment is provided here with a Satellite TV, a DVD Player and a music centre. The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, oven and hob. There is also a double bedroom and a family bathroom on the ground floor. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor landing where there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a family bathroom. The villa is comfortably furnished throughout and benefits from free standing fans in all the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the living room. There is a maid service twice per week inlcuded.
