The villa interior and furnishings are of a very high quality throughout. The accommodation, which is on two levels, comprises on the ground floor of a stylish, spacious split-level living room with separate lounge and dining areas. The lounge area has sumptuous furnishings, a feature fireplace and patio doors to the covered terrace and pool area. Entertainment is provided here with a Satellite TV and DVD player.

The dining area also having doors to the covered terrace, is furnished to a high standard with seating for eight people. The fully fitted breakfast-kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is equipped with all modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric oven & hob with extractor.

The washing machine is housed in a separate laundry room. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a luxurious shower room. A stunning marble and mahogany staircase leads to the first floor landing where there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both having en-suite bathrooms and access to a large terrace. The villa benefits from air conditioning (with reverse) heating in all the main living areas (Extra Charge). It is also fitted with an alarm system and a safe for added security (use at own risk).

Patio doors from the lounge and dining areas, plus the ground floor twin bedroom give access to three covered terraces, which in turn lead to the extensive sun terrace that surrounds the lovely 11m x 5m swimming pool, which can be heated at extra cost. Patio furniture is provided on the covered terraces and there is a brick-built BBQ to enjoy 'Al fresco' dining. Steps from the first floor terrace leads to a roof top solarium which offers wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and coastline. The mature, well kept gardens and lawns add the beauty of this outstanding villa.
