The accommodation is on two levels and consists, on the ground floor of entrance hallway leading to the spacious lounge / dining room. Entertainment is provided here with Wide-screen Flat panel TV, a DVD Player and a music centre. From the living room there is a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, oven and hob.

In addition, there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor landing where there a master double bedrooms having an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and access to a spacious balcony which offers sea and coastal views. There are two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on this level. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout and benefits from air-conditioning (Extra Charge) in all the bedrooms and main living areas, making it ideal for our most discerning clientele.

Double patio doors from the living lead out onto a spacious covered terrace. A second set of patio doors gives access straight to the pool, sun terraces and gardens. The lovely 8m x 5m swimming pool has a ladder and roman steps for access as well as a poolside shower. The brick built Barbeque and terrace furniture will allow you enjoy true 'Alfresco' dining. The villa offers good privacy with hedges surrounding the enclosed plot. The ornamental flower beds, shrubs, trees and lawns make up the well kept pleasant gardens. Being conveniently located within walking distance of the nearest shops and restaurants Villa Altair is ideal for couples and families seeking a quiet relaxing holiday.

The Villa was fantastic. The area was very quiet this year. The beach is beautiful. This was our second visit to the same villa and it suited us for the type of holiday we were looking for. It was kept clean and tidy, inside and out. John. 03/10/09
