The villa is ideal for golfers as the Penina championship golf course is only a stones throw away and so too is stunning course of Morgado do Reguengo.

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen, includes cooker, hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave.
Utility Room: Washing machine in kitchen.
Living Rooms: Huge living room seats 17 people with the greatest views over the hills and leads straight out to the fenced and railed pool. It is equipped with Large LCD HD TV with all UK channels available. This property has been designed for outside or indoor living.
Other: Off the living room is an office area for those who feel they have to check into work while on holiday! It has Internet broadband access and a desktop computer and printer available on request.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Maid service. All bed linen, towels, pool side towels are supplied. We do not supply beach towels.

Notes on accommodation
Great place for children due to it being so close to the beach, but also because it is so safe with full safety rails around the pool. Plus the best golf courses in the Algarve only a few minutes away.

Outside
The extensive fenced grounds are great for children to run off excess energy, or just somewhere to walk and drink in the fantastic views.

Coast/Beach
The Western Algarve provides an abundance of safe sandy beaches with fantastic restaurants and beach bars. The closest beach is around 10 mins away.

Golf
Quinta das Andorinhas is only a stone's throw from the famous Penina with its 3 courses. Others within an easy 10 minutes drive are the Palmares, Gramacho, Alto club and Pinta courses. There are several others available from the Vale de Lobo near Faro to the Parque de Floresta near Sagres.
