The complex currently boasts 2 tennis courts for free use by all guests, a large pool area with separate children's pool, sunloungers and umbrellas. The bar area adjacent to the pool serves restaurant meals. There is ample car parking.

Major attractions nearby include Aqualand, Slide & Splash and Zoomarine. Both the outstanding Pestana Gramacho and Pinta 18 hole golf courses featuring the David Leadbetter Golf Academy are a 5 minute drive away.The 9 hole Vale de Milho is also within easy reach. In fact the region around Boa Nova is a golfers paradise. There are numerous restaurants in the area and a local mini market for day to day needs. Main supermarkets can be found outside Carvoeiro and Portimao. There are numerous places of interest in the region which are worth while exploring.
