Accommodation
Bedrooms:Three, large, double, air-conditioned bedrooms. All with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has double doors leading to the pool terrace.
Bathrooms:There is a modern main bathroom and additional wc. All three bedrooms have en-suites.
Kitchen:Modern kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher.
Utility Room:Utility room is off the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living Rooms:In the large open plan living dining area you will find Satellite TV and DVD. The dining table will seat eight people comfortably.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Weekly maid service is included, although additional service is available by arrangement.

The villa is five minutes walk from the nearest beach. There are over 10km of wonderful sandy beaches with many restaurants and bars overlooking the ocean. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the beach, during the summer season, for the exclusive use of Dunas Douradas owners and guests.

Faro Airport is twenty minutes drive. A car is recommended but not essential.

The Dunas Douradas Clubhouse, which is available for the exclusive use of owners and guests, is two minutes walk from the villa. As well as 24hr reception and security, it boasts an enormous Roman style pool, tennis academy and mini supermarket. There are also bars and restaurants in the clubhouse.
