Just a short 5 mins drive from the beautiful beaches of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, as well as other more secluded beaches. The villa is perfectly located to take advantage of the vast number of quality local restaurants including several just a short walk away. The newly built villa is tastefully furnished to a high standard and has all the facilities to make it a home from home. It is bright and modern and the large sitting room and dining room open out onto the private pool and terrace with separate BBQ area and secluded gardens.

Accessibility
The property is mainly on one level, however there are 2 steps up to 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The back door would enable the property to be entered without steps. Please note the property has not been checked for wheel chairs but we have tested it with our grand-daughter and it is ideal for prams.

The terrace includes - main pool, smaller pool, covered comfy seating area with wicker cushioned chairs and glass topped table, covered dining area with 8 seater table, covered BBQ area, 8 sun loungers, outside bathroom (with shower, WC and vanity unit), poolside shower and secluded gardens.

Coast/Beach
5 mins drive to beaches at Val do Lobo, Julias Beach etc. 5 mins drive to Quinta do Lago beaches.

Golf
5 mins drive to Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, San Lorenzo, Pinheiros Altos. 10 mins drive to numerous courses in Vilamoura.

Faro airport 15-20 mins drive away.
